The camera lockscreen shortcut already exists on 4.3, but work only on swipe to unlock, if you use pin code, it wont work. Hope the camera shortcut be available on pin code lockscreen.

4.3 is already available in the Philippines since last week. I already updated mine.

Note 2 didn't had this luck, it took over a year to get first update. But Note 3 is updated within few months after it release. Enjoy Note 3 users.
Now again we Note 2 customers have to wait for a year to get another(hopefully last) update. Never gone make mistake of getting another Shamesung device.

Why bothering making new phones while your support to the devices 0 out of 10.
the updates should reach all the devices regardless of the year announced
Sammy should take care of their followers and fans.

Note 3 exynos version is terribly slow... avoid.
