Maybe Motorola should sue other phone makers for copying their cellphone.. They should command the market bcoz they are the first and original patented cellphones.. So other phone makers make other phones like watchphone or goggles phone.. Not just innovating cellphone shifted to smartphone..

Not really as its sales that proves which phone is most popular! In my area you either own an iphone 5/5s, note 2/3 or a galaxy s4! Only people I see with nokias are kids because their parents remember nokia used to be robust phones - but even that trend is ending because theyre all walking around with samtat phones!

US government should ban the sales of each and every Samsung Galaxy phones in the US. Microsoft should charge $20 billions from Samsung to copy the tiles based user interface of Windows Phone 8 OS and HTC should charge $15 billion from Samsung for copying Blinkfeed.

Like I said. The comments speak for themselves.
And for the links search them. During the league I imediately found them in a quick google search. MS and Nokia sites did it.
Then the fanboys tried to use a user comment from one page without a link or anything as some kind of counter proof.

What I mean is, if Nokia didn't choose Windows Phone as their primary OS, I wouldn't try a Windows Phone. Coming from the old school Nokia, I am a loyal fan. I have seen commentators claimed what you wrote and when i asked for proof, I got no replies, that is why I was asking about it.
So, it means, people who own an Apple, LG, Samsung and Sony are still loyal to Nokia, right?
