Service centre availability you are totally right but what I'm saying you can't bash this phone for being bad when it's obviously not. Just because it doesn't have a big name player doesn't mean it's bad. You know the Chinese have a saying in business : "tell me how much you want it and I will make it just the price you pay will be equivalent to the quality". That's why we see many crappy Chinese homegrown phones because they make cheap phones for the masses so everybody can afford it. People want premium products from Chinese companies and then they bash the price then how are things supposed to change ? Don't become like those people who bash iPhones andIpadswithout even touching one just because it's a trendnow to insult Apple and its users. And for updates you will always get updates from Oppo. If you get color Os version there is some kind of forum built in where you expressed what feature you want on the next big update and oppo is very serious about this. And if you get the Cyagen mod version you will get the updates faster than most of android phones because cyagen mod is very close to Google's version off android and that means you will get fluid experience minor lag unlike note 3 which needs all those specs high ram to keep up because the skin sucks . And N1 has high end specs too just not the latest and greatest but there are pretty new too. Don't get me wrong galaxy note3 is a great phone too just what I mean is don't bash brands that you don't even know or touched for the sake of hyped companies.

And the apps are not really great not saying that android has much more superior apps but there is no big support on Windows.not they fault they are still a new platform. And metro ui gets boring after a whole even though it's much more responsive than android. I hope Microsoft's acquisition of Nokia brings some great new features and changes on Windows

I wonder whose gonna buy it here in India. I got myself a find 5. I think I made a right choice buying it early. Its better you buy it from outside. Anyway all their mobiles have 2year international warranty.

Oppo n1 Price should be not be more than K25 in India, according to its features and built standard quality xception on rotating camera.

If it had just a 5 inch display, i would have gone for it without a second thought. One cannot deny that this phone has brilliant specs.
Though it is launching in india a bit late, oppo has had received accolades for its performance all round.

Anonymous, 30 Jan 2014Service centre availability you are totally right but what ... moreI agree friend,.. its a gud phone bt i still believe that it cud have been little cheaper.. around 30K - 35K as its camera is innovative,., reason being,, Nexus 5,., Also, companies like Apple, Samsung enjoys company goodwill..and so their phones are highly priced... while Oppo is definitely not a much known brand and with a chinese tag too..I personally dnt mind dat but others do,,. N i fairly blv that its prices will go down,., its just giving Hype to the product,.,. to maximize sale,.

Anonymous, 30 Jan 2014but at the moment the Windows app store is in terrible condition.I agree that the app store doesnt have all the apps that android or apple has but all the apps relevent for most of us are covered (except for Google services). Doesnt make the platform any less usable. I know all the games I had on my iPhone are not on my Lumia 920 as yet but then I do have the major titles enough to keep me busy for little time I get to play games.
