I don't know about other Xperias, but my Xperia Z Ultra is much more beautiful than my iPhone!
It is visually more modern, incredibly thin, the screen acts as a tablet screen, not a zoomed up version of a small screen as in the Note 3.
It really looks from the future and makes my iPhone look from a distant past.
Also it has themes from the operating system. It is waterproof and blazing fast. I love it!
Yes, I will definitely buy probably my iPhone 6 IF it comes with a bigger screen, but I think.... I don't know really I love my Z Ultra too much.... mmmm... If a new Z ultra, albeit I can't think of anything, but a better camera, to make it better comes and have to decide..... I might choose my Ultra! :) Plus the watch is great! Its Smart Bluetooth headset is great! and its super Speaker Ball is a work of art! :) Only Sony could do it! Also, this speaker is VERY Sony, and I believe Sony is a Good brand to stand against (or the only one), against Apple in Art sense. (OK, maybe not in ALL its models, but in the latest one, it really does!).

I was very fast the transfer. I turned on the Wify sharing, some connected, and Used either Astro or ES file manager. I can't remember which of the two. I just remember it was very fast!

iPhone's design can be defined as "timeless classic"; every design button or element is smoothly and seamlessly mixed with the frame in a way that you almost can not make it out from the whole. Sony has pointy sides, all edges are straight and rigid and buttons pop out arrogantly and do not integrate into the design by any visual standard... not to mention the stupid rubber port covers they still use, along with concave sides sometimes, all shouting "'90s device".

Sony needs a design update, not just software. Every xperia looks like a Sony Walkman, for some reason they're stuck in this '90s squarish design and just can't get out of it. Personally, this is the reason that has made me reluctant to consider buying or advising a sony phone.

Hope sending using wifi direct is fixed in these firmwares...everything is perfect in phone except wifidirect push service i cant share files using wifi direct...is it fix in this update or its just a useless one ?

I know this is a matter of subjectivity, but is there anyone who could suggest appropriate white balance values? I have a feeling that he default settings are a little off...

Great update record Sony, im impressed how well they kept my Z updated, almost too frequent updates, and i am pleased to see they continue that with the newer flagship as well. Makes me confident that my next phone, the Z1 Compact, will also get the best care. Not a fan of Google or Android but Xperias are very likeable.

This ain't new, Sony religiously give update to improve users experience part from os updates. They do it, even on old Sony-Ericsson phones.

Hope it will sort out the god damn wifi connection problem affecting vast number of devices. It is not normal how useless phone is when it randomly loses connection with router. Also, display freezes from time to time needing force restart as battery cannot be removed. Bloody Hell. Crazy for a 900 USD phone.
