i think price will also be higher than Moto G..

May be 250 usd... Or 270 usd..

Although (16Gb) Moto G with accessories costs 300 usd approximately ..

With LTE and Sony cameras it can surely beat Moto G to knock out...
But but but... Moto G is nexus based and have same Graphics level Gpu. Also people with lower end phones Don't use 4G, because of high price...

Moto g has triggered a new vfm smartfone war. Gud for consumers

Sony, give the phone a catchy name. Dont let it blown in the plethora of xperias

              Expandable memory slot.
              Prefer 8mp cam

              PRICE it correctly.

It is MSM8226 which does not support LTE.
An LTE enabled phone should be using MSM8926.

Everyone is going for the mid-range class now, Moto G, possibly LG G2 mini and others to follow.
