First I am not buying phone coz of design but coz of performance ! Samsung S5 for me ... beautiful design Top Benchmarks etc. If you dont like buy the case !!!

After, the problem with the Htc One and the xperia Z/Z1 was never looks.
As the S5 goes, the Achilles heal of the SIII and SIV was always its looks so I might accept the lack of innovation in hardware if they had new looks but they don't.

First sony z2 looks the same as the z1, then the S5 looks also the same as the S4 and now htc. Everyone is running out of ideas , design wise.

I love this rounded design but that second camera lens on the top looks a bit weird. Lets see how it will look in person.

My only complaint is about that empty black band with the logo under the screen. It shouldn't be there or at least not that big.
Hmmm...and maybe, just maybe, make it a bit less rounded.

I have htc one dual sim , the 4 ultra pixel camera that is so poor quality. megapixel is better, guarantee and service is so bad from htc customer service center

Capacitive keys and no psyhical buttons would made it much more nice also the bezel with HTC to disapear and to have larger screen in the same size of the phone would have bee great. I still like it and i wait for specs, maybe i replace my old :) ONE X with it :)

Noel, 01 Mar 2014I will stress again my dislike and do so many the presence ... moreYes, it seems like there are several obvious choices for the wasted large black band for the HTC logo:
1) Use the space instead for a larger screen.
2) Put capacitive buttons there, so as not to waste screen space with on screen buttons (my preferred solution).
3) Make the phone smaller.
But HTC seems to have decided to waste a huge amount of space instead, for a completely non-function purpose. It's the worst of all worlds.
