I'm not sure if all those pictures are real. OK, it maybe is looking exactly like this, but there are couple of illogical things about them...
First of all, how come all those devices, a gold one, a gray one, a silver one and so on, are pictured in same position, with the same angle. Everything is exactly the same except the color.
Second...on all those pictures, except the gray one, there are two visible dents on the both camera frames (upper and lower) exactly at the same position (on 2 and 6 o'clock). A gray device doesn't have them, but its dual led lights have a totally different looking.
Third...a gray device doesn't have a power button.
Fourth...there is not much logic that HTC would make on screen buttons and keep that big empty space with logo at the same time. Logo will probably stay there, but with much less space spent I would say.
With all this said, it seems to me that someone was pretty busy photoshopping!

A better name would be HTC Once. Because a lot of people only bought a HTC phone once and never again.

I would really like to buy this, but please remove that stupid htc bezel on the bottom and put bigger screen instead and I'll be all over this one.

I really liked the first model. This one is too rounded. Round=yuck in my book like all samsungs.

The reasons i didn't really like the HTC one even if it had a beautiful design were
1) Camera
2) Mandatory Blickfeed (allthough they removed that later)
3) Small battery
4) Not usual android buttons
5) Kinda big for 4,7'' screen
I think this year model will address all this problems and will turn up to be a very good phone.
Last year I would easy recomend a GS4.
This year I would not recomend S5 for anyone.. Z2 or new HTC

Was perfect at the first time. now is kinda boring. and if they continue with their fail camera, no sd card, no removable batery, highest price ever...(even after 1 year after launch) for sure this will be the perfect fail of the year. The One. (or the Second One) hahaha
