The new HTC One will probably be the best all-around android phone for 2014, just like 2013.
P.S.: I own an iPhone but if I ever used android this would be the device that I choose.

So if you wants you phone to be lighter you must consider the usage of other materials . Now having a phone that weights more aint fun for your pants because it will wrape you belt and you pants will fall off easelier . It's just a joke but yeah i'm okay with plastic and it's not ugly . There will probably be a metal version of the phone but be prepared to pay more :)

This phone will be the best smartphone of the year like it's older brother.
After all it has dual camera with great features such as zoe,austoning design,full metal unibody ,BlinkFeed,boom sound and it's great UI.
SO why is exactly this phone has nothing to offer against its opponent in your poor opinion?

Which is a shame as the M7 chassis was big enough.
This is the only time I'll mention Bezels.
They could have just about got a 5-inch screen into the M7 if the logo wasn't there and they use the soft buttons.
They should etch the logo on one of the speaker panels

That lower bezel is BRUTAL!!! What a waste of space! This phone offers nothing over the competitors and it still has that awful camera. I'm guessing at this time next year we'll be hearing of HTC's bankruptcy.

if the dimensions are true than its very huge for a 5" screen.146.4 x 70.9 x 9.4 is too big....upper bezel is ok but bottom bezel is hugest ever seen on a phone, especially the space for htc logo is juat wastage.

Even the camera resolution is not conformed..even if ot is 4 ultrapixel ..since there are two of them..i think they will produce better results..though probability is that both will be 5mp dual cameras..with image res of 13.1mp...

wow, I love the aluminum brush design... hmm, Samsung should learn from Sony, HTC, and apple when It comes to build quality and design... all has It, only Samsung not!
i hope one day Samsung will consider build quality and design one of the key success for their flagship to satisfy their customers and fans.
