You would have thought that people understood signal sharing agreements before they post comments that make then look a little intelligent.... :/ they may be paying absolutely nothing in this instance, merely just renegotiating their agreements with other networks... And as it's a 50% joint venture between deutch telecom and France telecom I guess that these countries have already got a 4G infrastructure that is owned by said companies....

You would have thought they'd get the signal perfect in this country before investing in others. Even the legacy networks are still struggling to maintain and keep signal!

Notice that they don't talk about voice roaming, because it's going away in July: http://ec.europa.eu/news/science/130916_en.htm

I don't think some people understand how much data others use abroad. I use in the GB's in a week easily. even when i buy a PAYG sim abroad i rinse through 1gb in a few days. Unlimited data for £5 is more useful than 4G at those costs. Have a Ferrari with £5 of fuel? what use is that.

tenge77, 13 Mar 2014Is that the three whose 4G speed on average is 4megs.I think it's a case of someone thinking their on 4G (Some think DC-HSPA+ is 4G).

lol, 13 Mar 2014Well I didn't know there was the possibility to buy unlimit... moreThat's £5/day, plus most of those 11 countries are quite useless, like macau, sri lank and hong Kong, since very few people travel there.

Compared to the eu countries that ee offers roaming to.
