Guys.... The developer version is out there for all windows phones if you sign with a developer account. I got my final release of 8.1 on my Lumia 1320 today.

its pointless asking on here for updates that come from Microsoft..............and even when released your carrier might not allow the update anyway!!

They said 8.1 update would cum soon....its 19 july already...2 week also gone...haven't got an official update yet...provide the updates on OTA... ASAP.
