Lenovo you better bring this phone to India, otherwise Indians would never buy anything that states 'Lenovo'.

      Cheers!!

With produts like this, it makes you wonder why Lenovo bought Motorola.

Lenovo The huge Indian smartphone market is waiting eagerly for this...at Rs 7800 ( $130 ) u could own the market and sell a million pcs in a year.emagine just in one country.

AnonD-253094, 11 Apr 2014MediaTek SoC, huge display for such resolution, outdated OS... moreAnd I don't know why you write uninformed trash?

Lenovo has a great 5,3" HD-screen in the S920 that easily outperforms the screen in phones costing twice as much from Samsung or Sony. If it's the same screen in this phone it would be a very nice phone.

HD screen is very much fine for this resolution, especially for the price. Only reason I myself use 5,5" 1080P is that my old phone only had 1GB RAM which was too little (and the original MT6589 was a bit weak).

BTW, to those thinking of importing this phone: forget it, it only works with China Mobiles own 3G (TD-SCDMA) in China. You will only get GSM outside China.

To the anonymous poster before me: It's just a price dumping contest that was started by Xiaomi and that has been followed by Huawei, TCL (Alcatel), Coolpad, etc.

                I doubt it.
Its too low even compared to totaly unknown super-cheap chinese manufacturers. They are just marketing their name with some interesting but false news.

What the stupid buyers don't realise is that this type of device is perfect and low cost. Its more than enough for facebook, watsapp, email and a selfie. But yeah, they need S5 for that, and to throw out the windows almost 1000 $ for a device. That money can buy a car which is more usefull.

2000 mAh it is not enough.

People can hate on this phone all that they want, what's going to happen is that they're going to sell like crazy because of the cheap aprice and there will be a huge online modding community as a result. Up-to-date versions of Android will be available for all wannabe hackers.

MediaTek SoC, huge display for such resolution, outdated OS, very poor support from MTK... I don't know why they keep launching phones like this. Sorry, but this phone is a no-no.
