No 4.4.3 is not out yet.
Sprint removed 4.4.3 release date from their site.
Google haven't revealed any information but the update is coming-soon(hopefully)
NOT EVEN nexus device has 4.4.3

yeeh me too i'm waiting further for the xperia Z ULTRA 2 with a larger screen but not device , and highest resolution of camera , sony's the best

The sprint nexus 5 hasn't received 4.4.3 yet. That wasn't legit. Sprint took the notice down.
