Google literally said "Android is not safe,and it has never been it was supposed to be free." Ios is great but so is Android so stop targeting brands and its users to insult them so you can feel better about yourself and your device of choice. Sadly many Android users have the inferiority complex,they need to insult anyone just to feel they are somehow relevant and own the best. Writing this from my HTC One.

Android phones a piece of shit they come out like every other day. Stop hating on Apple at least they make one phone and master it. that's why developers never make the same program for Apple for android at least most of it because they change there UI so much.

Without JD Powers providing details on how this "research"/survey was conducted this is nothing more than BS to me. The survey should have either be done in relation to the market share of the brand or, preferably(due to the difficulty of the former), on a certain amount of users of each brand (1000 users of each brand for example).

Apple are good, don't get me wrong. But so many iPhone owners are fashion fans who feel "cool" with the iPhone. They feel happy as their phone looks nice and their simplified UI is easy to use. Hats off to Apple for giving such a simple to use UI, but from someone who had years of iPhone experience and now an Android user, I can confidently say the Android experience is far greater. But once again it boils down to this simple equation for Apple -
Simplicity + Fashion + Great advertising = Happy Customers.

But overall I am surprised Samsung did so well, it's quite impressive for a company that sometimes adopts 19th century marketing by giving free phones if you put a sticker on the competition's product or by threatening users who have had exploding batteries if they share their experience online (this again happened in the US).
