Vodafone is a disgrace. Massive under investment in 3G. They are a solid network for voice but for data, at the rear again. For Vodafone very much how the Romans lost Rome. They went off to conquer the rest of the world and forgot about the heartland.

Vodafone will need to roll out an amazing network to tempt customers back after such poor customer service, and slow sporadic 3G data.

Vodafone covers 30% of population but it's service is excellent, again it's all set to prove slow and steady wins the race, even in the Ultrafast 4G race :)))

I thought they still used tin cans on strings for communication in Newry and Larne!

Always good to see some otherworldly progress.

I just used 'otherworldly' wrong. Shoot me.

And yet half of my county (Kent) still doesnt have 4G. Its well and good covering the larger cities. Fair enough, there's more people there. But those of us who actively try to avoid the bigger cities are suffering for it. When are EE going to fill in the gaps between the cities?

It's great until you realise how much usage you have...

I wonder if EE will acknowledge the mass issue they have with 2G in Brighton since the masts were upgraded?
Somehow since the 4G signal was launched we've had endless amounts of people with 2G phones coming in complaining... 2 Masts with 2G signal apparently working in a big city is madness!

Anonymous, 25 Apr 2014Problem is that EE's LTE is slower than 3's DC-HSDPA...yeah but its not. 4G is 5 times faster on average than 3G and I've never had any less than 20mbs on 4G.
