I bought this device few days ago. It's my first BB. I always have been used Sony devices. I never like Android. My first preference is security which i get only from BB or Apple. With BB Z3 i can say it's awesome experience. I love sony as well for walkman apps. I am music lover too. I using Sony Xperia M as well.

Note - You need to upgrade your phone to version 10.2.1

When are we getting the EA Scrabble game on the BB10? I am currently using a Z10, and I have to steal my wife's Samsung S4 to play. If the EA Scrabble comes to BB10 ( hopefully soon), I'll definitely upgrade to Z30 or better.

I switched to z30 from a samsung note 2. The z30 is hands down the best phone I've ever had. My past phones have included the iphone and motorola as well as a couple lg phones. Good job blackberry.

For example you could only open 2 or 3 tabs in the browser or some apps crashed no matter what you did. Glad they didn't release a half baked OS. The PB is old, get over it.

Blackberry success was because of flat rates their phones used to have which is no longer the case now. They will be following Nokia very soon. There products are not making sense at all

I used to work in the mobile phone industry, and Blackberry, to me, simply relied on their cheap BB7 handsets to win sales. BB10 seemed like a mistake from the get-go, it was confusing to use at first, people used to Android and Apple probably wouldn't bother with the learning curve. Their app world was always crashing, it was expensive and the choices were never amazing. They just never seemed to do anything right - there were no bold choices like Nokia made, no inspiring new models, there was always a huge delay before new models arrived and they just weren't that desirable. Blackberry sidestepped the limelight and in today's world, that was the wrong strategy.
