Ok HTC here we go again...i like what i am reading here. I really do hope if there is indeed an HTC One M8 Prime in the works...it better loose that pesky logo bar and have slimmed down BoomSound speakers. The camera set up at the back will be awesome and expect some great shots with it. Hope they can implement the technology of taking multiple shots and combining them to form one enhanced pic as found on the Find 7. Please no wasted space or huge bezels...this time hopefully a screen to bezel ratio of about 80% with the bezel coming mostly from the BoomSound speakers. Let us just hope HTC listened to all the complains ppl had with the One M8 even tho it is a great phone.

@Stupid Dude: There is no smartphone on the market, let alone any phone, that holds a charge for a week under heavy usage. Also, we have all said "i dont need the best, anything will do" but in reality you will find yourself eventually wanting the very best. In my case, if i have an upgrade available, you better bet im getting a top of the line phone. Also, for those of you who have not researched HTC one M8 vs. Galaxy S5, the s5 has way more lag and app crashes because of the completely aweful touchwiz UI. Sense 6.0 makes the snapdragon 801 chip perform at its best, while Touchwiz boggs it down with unused features. That is why, for me, HTC wins over the s5. Not to mention the aluminum is sexy.

16gb of internal storage is inadequate. If they fix this in addition to having a great battery, they will succeed in stealing a huge market share from Samsung

I think it looks better than g3. But i still think 2k on5,5 inch screen is overkill and just a gimmik. But it is just my opinion.

The ma... moreIt is called marketing .... Droids manufacturer can't play the "bigger every time" game anymore, so now they are wasting resources in ridiculously high resolution just to seem better.
What's the use of 500 PPI on a smartphone is well beyond my comprehension ...

if this is true samsung will loose some clients. I am now happy that i did not give my money for the M8, finally a good caera comes out. hopefully bezels will be dropped and the BIG HTC loggo on the front will go away to make space for the 5.5 inch display without making a huge smartphone, IP 67 certified would be great also.if it will keep the 2 front speakers an a high quality built I buy it. (still using htc sensation and htc one X wich are great)
