Maybe it's just me, but I could never grasp a concept of "luxury" in consumer electronics... For example, when you look at luxury items like cars or watches, you can at least understand what you are expected to pay for, even if you don't intend to buy one of those. But THIS? Sure, the packaging is nice. Other than that, i.e. under the skin, it's a standard consumer device with mediocre specs and obsolete features. Why on earth would anyone consider this a luxury or a status symbol? It just baffles me...
