    O-M-G! WTH is this?!
HD voice sounded like 16kHz Mono Voice! In my country the HD voice sounds really clear and in 48kHz Stereo.
When I clicked on the Wiki's HD Voice Deployment link I saw that ATT customers are geting scammed big time.
In my country we had HD voice since 2011 (3 years).
And our telecom companies always complain that we are too small and too scattered around for us to be viable for new technologies. I even saw Moldova and Armenia on top of the list.
At least US of A is getting scammed this time!
    Long live large corporations! :)

Frankly in the examples the HD voices sounds WORSE?!?!?
The hissing and clipping made it sound strangely mechanical and non-human???
A bit the same as a war reporter from a far away place over a satellite phone
