Hi,
I am using Samsung galaxy s4 (I9505) since about 6 months.A couple of days have passed, I am receiving a message saying "Bug Report Captured". Can anyone help me with this/.

I just received an update from OTA yesterday and its about knox 2.0, my question should i update my i9500.. does any of you guys have a posiyive experience after the update? (Philippines)

AnonD-67553, 18 Jun 2014I cannot receive that update in Philippines for Globe lock phoneGood thing you havent got the update yet because it will only ruin your phone with that screenshot issue. With regards with the battery life, no improvement at all.
I am also living in the Phils but I did receive/installed the latest update and I am now regretting what I did.

Hello, this update is a piece of ... my battery drains a lot faster, in 18 minutes it went to 93% from 100%, I had to restart the device to make a phone call plus the blurry screenshots. How can I roll it back to previous firmware? I had the previous 4.4.2, the one without the "kids mode". Thanks

after an update to kids mode,my s4 screen shots gets blurry.. it doesnt happen before.. is there any way to fix that?? please help me.. screen shot is very useful to me. Hope samsung will fix that ASAP!!!

Having read the comments makes me realize not to download this new s4 update. So far i'm ok with the (1st update)4.4.2 kitkat update. No problems/issues whatsoever. I dont really use that KNOX feature so its fine not having that KIDS FEATURE update. Thanks for posting such update issues. It did help me. (not-not, philippines)

I got the update yesterday (I live in Belgium). I have too the screenshot problem. I hope Samsung will fix this soon ! I wondered, does it miss a few notification rings in your phone since the update ? Because I lost a few one whom "Join Hangout" I used to choose to my sms ringstone. Sorry for my English ;)

It's barely a month old and the battery life is weird. I have tried all the how to improve battery life tricks but no positive outcome. I don't want to flash(erase all data) and it persist. Thanks for the suggestion.

Works faster, but!!
It restart itself without any reasons..especially during a call. It freezes after coming from a stand by. The kids mode is useless. Hope they send a new update fixing the bugs. And another thing. On chrome, when I.m typing the address, doubles the letters.

cat_eyes, 23 May 2014I don't see any difference in battery improvement. My play ... more@Ja$r: download ROM from Sammobile.com and flash it again with Odin. After flashing erase all user data (in recovery or from TW). Maybe this helps.
