Kudos to LG for managing that big display in such a small footprint. QHD is a concern for the battery life, and should it turn out to be less than the G2, they're in for a criticism. But now, as people are getting up to the problems of having small bezels (they undoubtedly look good, but that's about it), I hope there won't be any more Sony-bashing for the sake of bezels.

I thought M8 is very good enough ?M8 is very cool and classy as hell. it's having 2 problems in my point of view which others can discard. first, it has a 4mp camera which means you loose lots of detail when zooming in a picture for cropping for instance and second because of the front speaker placement the device is very long and might be uncomfortable in the pocket for many.

All looking cool, I love ho LG has killed everyone else with this display. That knock code though, I think it will be more a problem than a solution, just like samsung's lousy implementation of the fingerprint sensor, I already see people knocking their code 2-3 times before they can unlock the phone :P

Yeah! Overall amazing specs plus the metal housing, which according to rumors, the back cover is removable to use a spare battery. Seems no major compromises so far.

This should have a really short release date. Just guessing but the back ground of pic one looks like a number of huge boxes....... Possibly ready to ship on announcement. It would explain why there were so many leaks... the phones are out there hust not in the wild yet.

I like the fact that LG is keeping the back buttons. Im not sure what difference does it make to have a SD801 cause the G2 is already fast

Omg now THIS is what i'm talking about.. LG did an upgrade in every single detail, coming from an iphone 4 i actually missed A LOT in the smartphone world, i hoped waiting for i6 but i'm not in apple anymore, LG G3 is my next phone.

darkraver, 27 May 2014Specs are interesting.. Battery with that display is to w... moreWhat is there to worry about? Doesn't matter how small the bezels are as the glass still goes from edge to edge. Wait for battery tests before judging - although there is no way it will beat the z2 battery test.

Guys please snapdragon801 can clearly handle QHD display and has enough grunt. The only reason in android is optimisation which is lesser than ios apps and games. This is gonna be one hellova phone....might trade my Z2...having too much of problems with it and really dissapointed with Sony.
