Sometimes if our system storage is less thn this type of problems does occur. If none of the things will help you thn I wud rather suggest you to factory reset your phone as it will take care of ur mentioned issues regarding the software update. Good luck.

Every single time with this phone AT&T gets the update before the global unlocked phone (CID 001).
I'm getting the AT&T variant next time.

You can customize it with the ElementalX kernel which gives you double tap on the home key to wake it.

Yes got it n downloaded successfully in india. So far so good, its smoother than previous sense version. The themes are awesome. The addition of EXTREME POWER SAVING MODE is what I hv been waiting for. Well I have to check that after some days of use. Only d motion control is missing. But, anyways htc is doing grt job in terms of updates.

I cannot confirm here in Romania for the update. Last week there was a "teaser" meaning I get the notification for the update, tried to download it but when it got to 2 MB the download stopped for no reason. After I've rebooted my phone, I checked for the updated but I got "your system is up to date". I have contacted HTC Romania and they acknowledged the error and are trying to fix for since last week with no deadline for solving the problem. Gratz to all who are able to get theirs.
