Pads are peeling off, cables are tough and useless long, plastic is cheap and overall design is ugly as hell. Beyerdynamic are to flat for my taste, but Akg i've never tried. Anyway, i can tell you for sure that Beats Pro and Mixr are better than Tecnics rp-dh 1200 and Pioneer hdj 2000, but i like all, because everyone sounds different. But Beats sounds excellent.

now Beats will be iBeats (and cost more money for iDiots), then Apple will (probably) shamelessly use it to wage another war against Sammy, saying they patent any good quality sound... Apple...because you have more money than sense.

Apple is paying just over 27,000 per Beats Music subscriber and the co-founder, Jimmy Iovine, was a "key partner" with the launch of itunes music store 10 year ago.
Why does this sound like a bad business deal?

This article doesn't say anything about Apple's plans to eliminate all Beats employees who are responsible for creative design and INNOVATION. ;)

Beats is overrated as well as Apple. They couldn't think any innovation so they acquired Beats. Really funny I wonder if Jobs would do that. Crap.

And Beats are not crap. I have Beats Pro Detox Edition, AKG K845BT, AKG K701 Sennheiser MM 500-X, Sennheiser Momentum, and Bose Quiet Comfort 15. The Beats Pro Detox Edition are my favourite ones. Gave the AKGs, Sennheiser Momentum, and Bose to family members. Kept the Sennheiser MM 500-X cause they're bluetooth.
