LG expected to ship at least 15 million phones this quarter

LG is expected to sell 15-16 million phones this quarter, thanks to the G3's release.

Doubt one could really proclaim one top end phone as better than another! It is really down to a matter of personal preference. I am opting for both the Z2 and the G3 because they both fulfil in their different ways the things I crave in a phone. Love the sturdy build of the Z2 and its immersive screen, gorgeous and simply oozes quality. Also like the idea of a gorgeous and slightly bigger QHD screen for my entertainment. With these two phones, I can't see how I could possibly go wrong!

    I don't really care if the G3 fails to live upto to few of the hype it might have had but if LG can take some market share away from Samsung then that's good for the consumers. Prices will go down, competition will increase and better technology will come out.

      Good on android. Samsung outmarketted the likes of sony , lg and htc till last year. Now all are coming back stronger with awesome flagships of their own.

          Samsung will release a 'me-too' phone with QHD and try to snuff out their sales. I'd be surprised if they manage 5 million G3s.

            LG3- 5.5 inches screen -but home buttons are ON screen reducing actual USABILITY TO 5.0 INCHES .. LG customer services n service centres numbers worldwide poor compared to samsung .. RESALE value of LG products historically also poor compared to samsung .. LG3 seems very good handset but would LG3 outsell new samsung 6 due out in 8 months or even s4 or s5 ? guess work numbers .. STAY WITH THE DEVIL U KNOW -SAMSUNG ..UR CHOICE .

                to be honest this is possibility. the phone is good and great spec. the size should not be issue. as 5" is the norm today. so good luck LG
