Better to get other brands.

Don't by a phone and expect that it will be top of the line for 12 months. You have a good phone, stop whinging about a few mm, mAh, MP, megahertz or ppi!

And that's why I hate Samsung. release one phone and make sure you have all in one. they say excess of everything is bad their software has excess of unwanted features and so is the hardware. They are overdoing it.

If you wanna wait for a newer better model, you would end up never buying a phone.
There will always be a newer better phone a few months after you buy yours, so just enjoy your phone instead

This won't come out anywhere else other than South Korea, the international version if there is going to be one will only launch in September at the earliest, and by that time the Note 4 will be here, plus iPhone 6 ect, so interest will not be that great & support won't be all that good neither, they never are with updated devices from Samsung ie you usually have to wait for updates longer than the orginal decive that launched, they did this with both the updated S3/S4 so the updated S5 going to be no different.
Samsung in all their wisdom are not stupid, the current S5 is the main flagship internationally, to released a updated version so soon after launch internationally is suicide, so hence you won't see this or any other S5 variant be it Prime or F until later on in the year.

I hope it will be international, and with these specs or even better! and because if not? Samsung will not stay for more longer in the top spot. and why others are doing almost better, such as LG (G3) Oppo (7 Find QHD) and also the OnePlus (one) So it would be much better for Samsung to start work / do much, much more! !!!
