Upgraded to OS 7.1.2 and now have No Service on my iPhone 5s - using Virgin SIM
Have already powered off / on phone and switched off / on Cellular, 3G etc

Why can't apple issue corrective steps or send 7.1.1 to all iphone users to back up to previous ios that worked well ??????

Ever since upgrading to 7.1.2 my iphone5 shuts off randomly with battery at 95% and with a battery pack attached to it. In the past week it has turned off an average of 4 times a day when turned back on it shows battery at 95%! what is up?

Spinning wheel near battery all the time when connected to internet. If u find any solution plz let me know on "she1kh@hotmail.com"

Last night I began to update my iPad 4 with retina display, as I had a notification. I left the iPad on charge and left the iPad to it. I have just woken up and the iPad has the Apple logo with a loading bar underneath. This hasn't change since last night. I have tried turning the iPad off, has not worked. Please offer some advice!

Thanks Apple for your lack of support on this, as I tried to find something on your site to explain or troubleshoot it. I have been an Apple fan since I was a kid taking apart an Apple //e for a science fair and putting it back together, an Apple //c, which does run still, getting a hand me down Mac Plus from my cousin, which still runs, one of your first Power PCs, not so lucky, one of the first ibook clamshells, which does run if plugged in, newer ibook, dead after a year and a half, iphone and ipad.
Please any help on this issue will be greatly appreciated. I live out of my iphone for work, at least until now. Thanks!!!

Anonymous, 01 Jul 2014Those that complain low battery life care to post your batt... moreMy usage was 41 mins and standby 1 hour 4 mins from full charge. It dropped to 84%. On a normal day, this will not be good. It seems that it is trying to access the internet with the little spinning wheel moving constantly when wifi or cellular data is turned on. I checked Location Services, but it does not show anything trying to access the internet. Also, I should note, usage included mainly non-internet functions. This has started since the 7.1.2 update, which did freeze my phone during the updating process. Even with backing up my phone just prior to the update and restoring from scratch, I still lost files. I am definitely waiting to update my ipad. Right now I have to figure out how to keep my battery charged working when I have to use it for work during the day. This isn't good.

Is the Update already available for iPhone 4 since, I already checked that my handset has an update but in this site, iPhone 4 OS Upgrade description didn't tell that its already available.. can someone help me on this ? :D
