chocowii, 08 Jul 2014Why sue? Sony didnt use the C3 branding on an automobile. It either is or isn't a trademark, there is no middle ground.
Given the designation already existed on Citroen, I highly doubt Nokia has the "C3" as a trademark, thus they can not sue anyone for it.
If anything, Citroen could have that has their trademark and thus could sue Nokia, much like the pay-TV Sky sued (and won) against Microsoft SkyDrive (that had to be rebranded as OneDrive).
A trademark is a trademark, period.

Sony is nice specially the xperia c was nice with battery and the rest but come one its android it lags like hell i've got Xperia C and its killing me.
I had a dual core Lumia which never lag even though I tried hard to make it lag but I simply couldn't but Android even with 2.5 Quad and Octa, they lag like hell

Been expecting an update to the Sony Xperia C. this i can say is a welcomed development. But Sony should consider pricing because i will still choose a One Plus One smartphone to this when i compare prices.

you should have also noticed that it has a pretty wide angled lens, also the tweet says... "GetTheFullPicture" So yeah, it like 16:10 ratio or something like that.. may be a lower focal length so it can take wide pictures even though ur holding it at an arms length!
