All of them who are giving lecture about what is to be called "MINI" .. please hold yourself. LG never called this phone "MINI" its officially called "LG G3 BEAT" .... only these stupid blog writers call it whatever they want. So keep your extreme knowledge about definition of "MINI" to yourself.

I cannot believe that this days having a "MINI" means to have a brick in your pocket.
Why in the world do they still call it a MINI? Mini comes from miniature that means smaller then the original. So I'm asking you all LG, SAMSUNG, MOTOROLA & company which is the f. difference?
A mini should not have more then 4,3 inches.

How disappointing it is not a mini.
Mini's shouldn't breach 130mm. One reason I didn't get the HTC mini.

..! No body bought it.... Why they don't release phones with high specifications
G3 should have been like ; CPU 1.7..RAM 2GB..CAMERA 13 MB........ BATTERY 2300MAH......screen 720p...... With maximum of 4.5"
......................................... I still encourage all to buy Xperia Z1 Compact

AnonD-76172, 16 Jul 2014Go to h*ll LG, 5" is NOT mini!I will say normal size (137mm tall) is just as good as mini considering that these flagship devices are abt 145mm tall these days.
So yes a 5.0" screen on a device 137mm tall with slim bezels is good enuf to be considered a mini of the 146mm tall bigger LG G3. The only downside even tho a mini device is the 1GB RAM, 8GB of internal storage.
