It seems to be priced to compete with Nokia's Asha or X range but I'll rather add another 20 euros to get Xiaomi's Redmi 1S

It will come with Mediatek MT6572 which is a dual core A7 @ 1.3 MHz coupled with a single core Mali-400.
Not the greatest hardware but it does get the job done.
