I just cannot understand why GSMArena talks SO MUCH about bezels. Thin bezels are horrible. I have an HTC One M8 which they say it has the biggest bezels on the world, and when I use it in my bed sometimes my finger touchs the screen, doing a command that I don't want. I just imagine using this MX4 and having yet more this problem.

AnonD-183154, 30 Jul 2014Clearly a copy of iPhone 4's design. Ratio to top and bottom....not a chance, this is new, good luck to them, and if they sell to well, apple can always sue em, everybody wins, even the the newspaper win and we get to read about bezelgate.

Suvham N8, 30 Jul 2014Honestly saying, after seeing the front panel it looks iPho... moreBeg to differ that phone has nothing in common wifh an iPhone, turn on iphone and you lose what seems like 40 percent of what you were expecting to get, as for the bezel width with iphone doesn't even come to mind even when you mention it, but as for the top and bottom bezels, this one in proportion looks wow, but as for thr iphone well, that's a different story, you got room to hold a full civil war in either end of an iPhone. He he.

Thin bezel phones should have good steel side grip which can withstand drops and scratch resistant front screen and back like sapphire glass

As a LG G2 user, I find my phone is at the edge of acceptable thin bezel. Anything thinner than G2 I'm afraid that it may cause some accidental touches and stuff. From 8 months of usage, accidental touch occur maybe about 10 times. That's big compared my old tab with thick bezel for 2 years with no accidental touch at all. Can't really say about MX4, how prone this phone to accidental touch

Honestly saying, after seeing the front panel it looks iPhonish but the bezels look sexy being so thin.

darkgamer, 30 Jul 2014Very bad idea. Such small bezels lead to accidental touches... moreDon't think so,
As far as I know - there may be accidental touches initially - but within a couple of days users will get habituated... And regarding damage - what is the assurance that thick bezels won't be damaged. Don't see any credibility in that complain...
Thin bezel is sexy as hell! And also, it will keep the phone size to minimum...
Strangely when big brands make thin bezels, no one complains...

accidental touches are bs, we all tried accidental touches on tablets and the software made it easy to avoid them so stop trolling people, and the damage control is also bs, since there will be a frame any ways around the phone specially if its something steel about the same thickness of 1 mm so what meizu did today of rounding up the bezel and the frame on both sides to just 4 mm is pretty amazing and will help a lot with people like me who love one handed mobiles to use everyday and sick of those ugly phablets

Thin bezels are prone to accidental touches on screen. You have to use both hands when using the phone besides the call. You have to hold it with your fingertips if you don't want to accidentally press a link while browsing with one hand.

The pic in which the front panel is compared to two other panels doesn't have two sony xperia panels on the right and left.......see the full size pic and zoom in.....those panels seem to have capacitive keys at the bottom and xperia phones don't have capacitive keys. The big one on the left could be from a xiaomi redmi note.
