Well.... at first glance its an ok phone but i'm not much of an windows fan. I may be biased but their is just something that bugs me about it.

seriously, as developer I will only target iOS and Android. developing for WP has similar cost to iOS, but iOS is far more simple and satisfying, and better integration with other Apple service and ecosystem. same with Android, for people using Google services the most Android is the best you can get.
Windows is a mess. really.

Been using Fly Android device, would love to switch to a Windows phone, what good about Fly is that they offer excellent after sales support and most important, the devices comes with a 2yr warranty....! i just love this brand....

WP 8.1 is awesome. there is a file manager too. Search for "files" app in the store (made by microsft)

WP8.1 has the ability to install apps on SD card. thats why the new gen WP handsets have only 4GB internal. :)

We need more low-end competition in WP devices.
So Nokia will put in some effort into their low-end devices, instead of making them worse and making people settle for less.

Don't buy a phone with WP that has only 4GB storage. You can't install any game, because you receive a lot of updates to the apps and OS, and that 4gb is going to be full very fast.. i have 8GB WP and I have 2.80 GB free..and i have only 1 game installed on the phone...a 100MB game...but, tbh, 700MB is only the maps...

4" screen, 4GB memory, 512 Ram,... too crippled, too close to the lumia 520/525 to be an outstanding deal.
