Apple is more simplistic and doesn't add additional features until they think the technology is good enough. This is their way of ensuring a great user experience. As far as customer service goes, I have never had any troubles but have heard many problems from friends about samsungs.

Don't have their own OS...pls...iOS is the dumbest & Over-rated OS that apple ever produced....All in their tiny close world...Close...cut off with their customer...Customer Service Sucks..BTW...That's why all the customers from apple had jump ship and shift to Microsoft OS and Android OS....Cos' Apple don't even listening to what customers really want...Customers want bigger screen they ignored it..customers want bluetooth data transferable...they ignored it...customers want memory expansion slot..they ignored it...just pressing ppl to buy more expensive products they produce......A company ignored their customer can't expend too much....like in China...apple market share is just a handful...Android and Microsoft are making their market share ground....Like every other market...apple is making nothing..except in North America...

Everyone wants to compete with Apple, but they don't make the same build quality, they don't build their own OS, they don't have their own customer service

Blackberry too has a major event in Sept'.
but obv it was expected to be in this report.
following the trend of being "BB Haters" maybe
there's room for LENOVO and XOLO.. but not BlackBerry!
open your mind to a li'l innovation guys..
Apple or Samsung who's latest innovation was a "bigger" screen size or something as stupid as a heart rate monitor.. would have never been able to come up with a Phone like the BlackBerry Passport!

Note 3 is 5.7 inches in the size of note 2 so why cant they make the note 4 5.7 inches in the size of nite 2 also o_o
