if only it comes with 4.7" screen and decent price(which is rather impossible), then I will consider buying it.

This is a complete mismatch, i mean between the screen and the internals. The only reason why i'd consider buying this is the phone functionality it'll have because imo, it is better than a 7" tablet without sim support.

I think it will be called Xperia E3 Ultra, but what I am looking for from Sony would really be a 6" 720p screen, Android 4.4.2 KitKat, a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 processor, 5 MP camera with LED flash, 1.3 MP front facing camera, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of storage expandable via microSD card and of course a 4000 mAh battery like Ascend Mate 2

Z3 will going to be X
Hope C3 and Z3 Compact will get great volume of sales.

Why they dont release or make a successor for L, SP, and ZR?

M2 and T2 Ultra were both flop.
E1 flop
Z3 will going to flop.
Im looking for the successor of Xperia L, SP, ZR.
Hope the C3 will not flop.

Sony I would like a 6.1" phablet with a QHD resolution, s805 or s810 chip, 32/64gb internal memory with 128gb of expandable memory, 24mp/8mp cameras, rear dual stereo speakers, really slim bezels especially top and bottom, BUT no waterproofing please, and I would buy it straight away.

Can't imagnine what the screen quality would be like with a 160 ppi but if people are happy with it then so be it, in my opinion should have been at least 720p resolution with a 64 bit s615 chip that would have made a very decent phone.

It seems sony is trying to release phaplet in all the catogories. This may be Xperia E2 ultra with price tag of $100 or below. But personally i dont like this move. PPI should be 200+.

480x854 resolution on a 6.1" display is overkill. Sony better put up a 320x240 resolution display and no more than 256 MB of RAM. And if it's priced anything lower than $400, I'm not buying it. Haa! You go, Sony.

well what can we expect to a low end phone. 6.1 but reso is 480 with poor ppi. it might be quad core but ram is 512. very low end but the price isnt that low.

Now you dont want big so can you just leave other people alone and let them make their own choices? Theres sooooo many smaller phones that you can look at, this is for those who want big screen, get it?
Personally i dont like this, too low end and too big but i see great potential for this, with the right price its gonna be an excellent alternative to these 7 inch phones and a better alternative than Galaxy Mega 5.8, will sell well in SE Asia for sure, tier one alternatives to chinese phones are much needed, people simply dont want unknown crap as Cloudphone and Gionee, nor are they very cheap. Good move by Sony.

Why on earth do everyone use Cortex-A7 With SD400? In my opinion, 2x Krait 200 would do a much better job. And no, I'm not talking only about this phone; every new SD400 I see is a 4x Cortex. Like the only phone with Krait 200 SD400 is Jolla.
