telecoms should redefine the term "unlimited". there should not be anything called fair usage policy(FUP)where you throttle the speeds under unlimited plans. we pay for the data...and its the right of users how we consume that data. telecoms cannot dictate their terms. you are free to make separate data plans for such power users.

In India forget LTE 4G 3G there is a throttle on even 2G internet.

In the Philippines, every network provider implement "fair use policy thingy)
If you consumed 800-1.5gb (whether you are using lte or 3g) your speed will down to 2g (10kbps)
10kbps is the norms here for 2g.

Good. For now. In a couple years when everybody has established their LTE networks and got all their frequencies going full throttle the carriers are going to have to dial back the on the limitations. There are way too many people abusing the system and bragging about it.
