Update to 4.4.3 arrived today (22/8/2014) for my unlocked HTC One M8 - I got the update for my unlocked HTC One M7 on the 19/8/2014.
I'm based in the UK.

Found out that my phone is factory unlocked but the carrier is T-Mobile Poland. I'm from the Caribbean and haven't received the update yet.

The update has just come through to my Australian version also. It's a huge download, hopefully it's worth it.
