I called the customer support and ask for replacement, they sad the it's out of stock yet samsung claim they sold 2 millions notes. I ended up buying a case to hold the battery cover in place.

          Oh yes Apple is perfect.. Iphone doesn't come with defects.. Please shut up. It's very good news for people who bought this from Apple stores or who have them. Other countries are doomed, especially if they got it from an unauthorized dealer... It happens.. Apple stores are everywhere worldwide.. You just buy the iphone. It's legit but not from an Apple store. Poor guys

                Good support even after warranty is over. Other company will just tell you to buy a $50 battery.

Apple provide you th... moreLOL, I'd say apple should make iPhone batteries able to be replaced by consumer at the first place, so they dont have any chance to charge people to replace there batteries. And also they might just get more money from the extra batteries they sell to there fanboys.

                          I lost count how many times, the apple sales person asking the customer to upgrade there phone due to this issue. Nice try , have a nice day.

                                        Not to be a fanboy (because I'm not), but in my country Apple has a pretty good reputation for making realiable phones. A friend of mine still has his iPhone 3gs and works just fine; slow, but fine.
