You should expect great customer service when paying over $600 over what the phone costs to manufacture. There is nothing in life that's not prone to breaking. I repair electronics as a hobby and... Wait for it... I've repaired several iPhone and Macs from crashing and other malfunctions. When working with smartphones and technology there is a huge margin of user error. People don't know how to use things then blame the manufacture.

Im using ipod touch 4th gen..
and it sucks, it crashes after opening 5 applications.
I will never buy any iphone..
I work in a telecommunication here Philippines
and iphone sucks big time.
I've receive a lot of complains regarding Iphone 4, 4S, 5, that becomes crappy after updating to IOS 7
Smart move for apple. This is one of there evil way to force poor fanboys to upgrade there handset.
Sad but True.

has the sta... moreThe problem with what you are saying.. you have not tested anything. You have a stupid sample size. Apple sell more of one phone than anyone other manufacturer. They rate the highest for customer satisfaction. They have a return policy that is unmatched. You can buy an iPhone - try it - open the box etc - really use it - then return if you don't like it. Apple also regularly openly do returns and programs to correct any issues.
Name one Android manufacturer that has the network or logistics ability to match let alone this level of service.
And iOS crash.. LMAO!!!!!! Ive had iPhone for years - never - ever - needed to restart. (same as my iMac). My PC and SGS2 and ONE X I used to have..? Always restart.
Its not a big sample size, same rules apply, but Apple just works.
Even my Apple Extreme is perfect and never been restarted where my net gear and d link always needed some help.
Apple is expensive, but its nearly perfect, if only very straight forward use and quite simple.

Pocketnow showed a video that its par on G3 which what is popular today. I myself is one of them so it's no use to argue to apple fans right now. They buy expensive phones? but we buy expensive phones also in android category. Why not buy Xiaomi, oppo, asus, Hp, huawei and etc? because we also want to buy what's popular android phones. The sad things is because android is an open source, we have tons of underdog competitors already in the market. My friend told me this an iphone user " atleast, we have our own os which "IOS". it makes sense in many ways.

these ppl now a days are stupid they only buy smartphones because of (expensive brand names) what about buying the things that u want to be in a smartphone to a cheaper price. iphones or expensive for no f$#cking reason because they lack of features eg. no communication with other phones,less screen size,less ram and if the ios update u cant get certain apps....etc.total crap!! android smartphones is customers choice. iphones is for ppl who dont care what they buy! so simple

What has the custom chip to do with lack of functionality? iPhone and iOS is just colordul, overpriced app-launcher device, which claims to be "for the users" - meantime i packed my iphone back to box after a week of use, cause it just doesnt help me the way it should. And yes, thats has all to do with the fact that Snapdragon isnt present.

Majoriy of people on earth will buy this phone. They just want to use this phone for showing off. Later on, the Iphone 6S will come with 2GB RAM. Apple could put 3GB or more if they want to. But they put these 1GB RAM is on purpose.
P/S: Remember guys,there are lot of people in the Apple company which is smarter than all of us in here.

I'd go for HTC ONE M8 with MI UI then its a complete iphone feel in a higher specs wooohooo
