BB10 OS is the best OS that I've experienced so far. Far more better than laggy android OS and boring IOS. This will be my next device for sure now that Blackberry 10.3 is coming out. Can't wait!

1:1 aspect ratio is too much. a 4:3 would be nice and still very rectangular.

Prior to today the Passports design was extremely innovative especially the keyboard dual use

The Passport is a premium device.

Today, now we have all this new information not so much wow but ow

195g is way no WEIGH TOO HEAVY, I am surprised that Blackberry executives did not monitor this as I remember the Nokia Lumia 920 also a new phone came in at this weight and put me off

The price if true is extraordinarily unobtainable I simply don't believe anyone will pay it

What appears to be in appearance ain't. This design is nothing more than a rejigging.
One handed use is very difficult an at 195g almost bicep training.

As a result of this article especially the one handed use a compari with the flagship Z30 shows that the Passport is an upgrade, it UPGRADES the Z30 specs but just rejigs the dimension.
Essentially a squashed length so expanded width but made heavier in the process http://www.gsmarena.com/compare.php3?idPhone1=6457&idPhone2=5711

AnonD-130354, 27 Aug 2014Why is Passport such a news I don't understand. It is interesting - better than the oh so boring same mobile releases for leaky Android for example. I think these top end Android devices are going backwards with their new ranges - there is nothing ground breaking there - there is no need to buy an Android device for 3 years because there is no real advancement. Why buy a S5 when you can get a S3 for less than half the price of an S5 and it does 98% same as S5, for example. I hope BB survives. We need better security than the leaky Android.
