Sony IFA teaser hints at three water-resistant devices

I thought thinner devices were usually easier to break if they fall as most phones and Phablets will at some time.
I do not understand this obsession by analysts about "thinner" phones/phablets. What I prefer is a phone/phablet that is sturdy, reliable, feels comfortable in my hands, has a decent screen and a good battery life.

And with it a Z3, and a 8 inch Z3 tablet...
Could it be Sony leaks were disinfo on purpose?

One more thought :
u may stand for ultra high speed in sd cards: thus u12800 may imply 128 gb cards that support u1 or u2 standars, which are faster that class 10 sd cards (essential detail when taking photos while storing on sd cards)

And furthermore, 6.14 is very likely to be the thickness of the Z3 Tablet Compact.
Anyway, why on earth didnt they include LED flash for front cam on any of these? Lots of South East Asians are going nuts over the Xperia C3, selfie monopods are everywhere at prices down to $5. I know lots of Europeans hate monopods but it will increase there as well, its just the usual western europe stuckupness that delays them. Also i see the practicality of making videocalls in not so well lit places plus ofcourse to use as a mirror in said places.

Guys, here are two reasons why one of the devices is the one already into discussion (Zx3):
1. on the first row (as already mentioned), the numbers 6.14 suggest the display diagonal.
2. If you take a close look at the image at 0.40, u'll see that the device in the left can't be a 5 incher. if it were, than we should expect a 7 inch tablet from sony, which is more than questionable considering their product lines at present and in the past two years.

In front of CU is 8 and after is 1,2. I think it could mean 8 cores - Octa-Core device clocked at 1.2 Ghz. It would be expectable because Sony does not have one yet. (HTC, Samsung, Huawei, Xiaomi, Gione, Alcatel, Meizu have at least one)
