Surprisingly nVidia didn't sue Apple for PowerVR Graphics and also Intel who uses PowerVR for all its integrated graphics

since 1994...(20 years)..
Im owning my 1st 3d card = 1997 Nvidia RIVA 128.
I think the ceo has his point about the patent lawsuit.They alreay win the lawsuit to Intel 2011.

I don't know guys but even Microsoft tried suing samsung on patent problems. Maybe, there fishy inside that we don't know.

Corporate lawyer dogs barking at each other until they mutually exchange bones and become friends once again. Typical story that keeps repeating in the industry with various players taking part. Nothing for users/consumers to be concerned or care about.

Why Samsung? and why now?? Everybody using it, get sue all player... and nvidia should sue them 10 years ago.. clearly he waiting the right time to grab some easy money from other's hardwork..

I don't see how it's samsung's fault here, since they don't make those gpu's, they just use them. Nvidia stop being a patent troll and sue gpu maker.

If you have a patent on something, it is your right to gain patent fee from those who want to use it. Filing a patent costs too much so you deserve some penny if others have intetest on it. If only Samsung respects these patent stuffs they wont have any problem with other companies.
