"Sony Xperia Z3 Compact that takes the cake, a true compact flagship"
Do you really think 319ppi and 2Gb sounds like "flagship" in 2014 ???

Because Note 4's sensor is 1/2.6 inch, much bigger than 1/3.4 inch of L830

Well I guess lumia deserves a big round of applause for another innovation invented this Q3, such as the camera codename as denim. And also to other top brands. Congrats to all. 👏

I am NATURALLY a Nokia man, only migrating and liking Samsung Galaxy SII, preferring the mini (size is important) and ONLY the S5 Mini is a true Mini, the other S* Minis had too much removed imo to be a mini version.

That aside I watched both Samsung and Nokia presentations in full

Samsung did not disappoint nor excite as I knew it would be showcasing a flagship phone.

The EDGE is a variant, but comments I have seen, the naysayers regard it as the NOTE 4, and many comments, "The Edge" is gimmicky.

It will cost more than the NOTE 4 but if priced same as the Note 4 it would be the preferred item

Nokia have come a long way and the mid range Lumia 830 is a 4G LTE 10 Mp phone which has inbuilt wireless charging and the ability for the screen display to be shown on a display by Bluetooth syncing!

The Lumia 830 costs €330, and the Dual Sim €220

What really really ticks(not my 1st choice) me off is when a phone company FAKES it, or presents data that takes us for idiots "Here dummy look at this"

This is NOT the time Nokia have done this, regarding camera capability

You don't have to watch it all as I am going to tell you it happens 30 minutes into the presentation

Oscars Ellen selfie Bradley Cooper photo, Nokia again said it would have been better on a Nokia and WOULD HAVE INCLUDED Jared Leto who was cropped.

To prove this Nokia did an on stage RECREATION(rather infantile as so poor) and got the same number of people as in the Oscars, then faked it.

We know Pureview is good but please Nokia, don't insult our intelligence

Ellen Oscar was practically sitting on Bradley Cooper, in this FAKE the presenter SOME DISTANCE IN FRONT of the group and you can see this sa his head is almost double the size of a group member and dominated the photo

He then said look at the sides and you could add MORE people

This is NOT semantics fake, Ellens photo was a group thus was not

I DOUBT that any Nokia could have added more than the Samsung, Bradley Cooper was taken at arm length, this fake recreation approx 3- 4 feet infront of the group

I liked the "spontaneity" of Ellen photo, but the dissing of that photo prior to the fake is shameful

Newsflash Nokia don't lie to us, just the facts,as you could NOT prove it you should have left it out.

The fake has undermined the whole presentation and makes me wonder what else will not stand up.
IMO THE ONLY WAY TO MAKE ELLENS SELFIE BETTER IS IF BRADLEY HAD A LONGER ARM.

here it is 30 minutes in

"Sony Xperia Z3 Compact that takes the cake, a true compact flagship. With the same base specs as the big Xperia Z3 and a 4.6" 720p screen"

Except the major ones: battery and display size(which are both too small). And it will be expensive, maybe not Apple expensive, but still.
