Pretty much identical to the leaks we have seen so far, except this unit is functional, and seems fairly legit.

fake, the dock icons at the bottom of the phone are stretched. we ahve seen this phone before, a version of andriod running a mock up ios.

Are they really going to risk adding a device to the consumer market that has a protruding camera module? How long is it going to take for the complaints from users regarding scratches or worse, if it's dropped...
