Do people even have iPhone or iPhone 3G anymore? they'd be nearly a decade old, would it even run without serious lag?

I used whited00r for almost 3 years. Was very happy to have on my iPhone 2G (ios 3.1.3) - ios 5, 6, 7. Also, belong the theme, you have a lot of apps which are changed to work on your old device, because apple store already doesn't support your phone.

got an old 3G, screen is doing right but battery is where is holding back, and i knew about this firmware long before...i had installed ios 4 since the 3G stopped updating from it. Just curious to see how it performs, and yes im keeping it just to see its value raised in next ten or twenty years :D

Ok i admit i didnt read the whole the article (and why should i?) but i really wonder how this story was worth being in News? A blog post would have been overkill already. Should we expect to see news about all updates to custom ROMs for all phones from now on? "Custom ROM now adds big eyes feature to Nokia N73 camera UI", wow i SO gotta get that!
