They hang alot... For eg-grand 1 had mediateck n it was the worst phone ever...
Android one phones are just gud for normal usage n very few applications... But not for heavy usage!!

I have received my Redmi1s on 18th September. User experience is very bad. In review article mentioned that battery backup is approx 7-9 hours. But actually it is 3-4 hours.
When we use it continuously, it body became too hot and unable to touch phone after 15-20 min.

many prospective buyers who wants this handset is buying for more than 8000inr in ebay.in, even used handset with properbill are selling like hot cake in ebay for 7500inr, so what is the grudge ur holding against xiaomi... radio transmitter in processor is different for china and india, so many prob in the handset are software glitch, hopefully there many guys are giving tips to rectify they will give an update it will resolve issue... there is no wastage of money in buying this handset , if u dont like it sell it in ebay, please for god shake people who doesnt know abt the custom rom, software issues of the handset just dont buy it, after reading reading some jalochaap newspaper, ur buying this handset without knowing anything abt cpu underclocking, software side of android... if above guys let way for prospective buyers, it is good for us... ur not thankful to anyone y do not leave way for technical customers...
dont make bad comment abt chinese they are way better than us, ya they be copying others design, but what indian companies are doing just changing the sticker name selling in india for more than 2X costlier eg micromax nitro selling in snapdeal is a sticker name changing of coolpad halo f1 for 13,000inr original phone released b4 7months back in china for 140$, they get discount for old handset and bulk orders even if they got handset for 110$ per piece, selling it for 200$ in snapdeal....

It's a great phone with the best specs in this price bracket but due to overheating issues no guaranteed future updates and doubt over after sales service I would suggest people to go for the android one phones because they are google certified phones with 2 years of guaranteed updates and expected to provide decent after sales service

Before buy read review
dont buy friend it have major issue.
1. heating 42-48 degree when you play video in 5 min,and taking video in only 5 min
2.crash always,hang
3. all people who buy 1.2 lakh units all are frusted this mobile even me

Its really funny that we Indians cry that Micromax has got no service centers, filthy service have to wait a long for replacements or get the device serviced. If in case those who have bought this phone has a fault will they catch a flight and go to China to get this phone serviced or repaired?
