One notable plus thing about Pantech phones is that each of them comes with extra battery and dual charger (you can charge both the spare battery and the phone at the same time). None of other manufacturers have done this. Sure you can buy spare battery separately for any manufacturer, but if Pantech could give it for free without additional charge, why can't the other manufacturers do that as well? Especially considering that smartphones tend to get more and more power hungry .

Koreans have a protectionist economy, they almost never sell their companies and even enterprises to foreigners. It's very rare. If it be to Chinese a Indian companies, even less. I doubt very much that they sell that company to foreign companies.

All companies must know this,Smartphone is not an Essential product, there will be always one clear leader and that is Iphone, only three companies are Earning profit,Samsung,Apple,Microsoft.Sony,Htc,Lg,Motorolo can't get the damn thing that it's not the product that sells, its the Image that make the product sells.
