both Note 4 and Galaxy S5 use a 16:9 ratio sensor and 16 mpx, if this sensor is a wide angle 16:9 ratio sensor than it is huge, if not, is actually smaller then the one in note4. WHY NOBODY CARES ABOUT 16:9 RATIO ?!?!?!?!?! S4, note3, Lg G3, they all have 13 mpx sensors but at stock they take pictures at 9.6mpx wide. if you have 16 mpx 4:3 than on 16:9 you are not using the full sensor, you are using only 12 mpx. (like the galaxy alpha for example)

The quality of the photos do not only rely mainly on the sensor size but it depends on how good the optimization of the camera software will be. Do not judge the N3 yet if it has not been released yet. It's too early to judge.

Nothing compare to 1/1.5 sensors of Nokia 1020.

Look into Z3 has 1/2.3" sensor compare to Note 4 and iPhone 6. Both Note 4 and iPhone 6 have better image quality, camera performance. Bigger sensor size come with bad software quality mean nothing! Oppo please improve your software quality first, then we will praise you, a good hardware company :).
