                Size and aspect ratio are perfect!!! But anyway Google will not mass market these products in the Middle East. Their Nexus7, ChromeBook kind of products are not yet available in the Middle East.

                  Was waiting for this announcement today because I'm looking for a new tablet to replace my 2012 Nexus 7.
                  Had in mind the Sony Z3 compact tablet,but wanted to see the Nexus 9 first,looks nice and must be good too,but I still think I will go for the Sony...
                  4:3 screen makes the tablet very wide and less portable.it is also 150g heavier.

                    Was quite worried about battery considering it was supposed to have nVidia always-hungry-battery-eater, called also Tegra processor, but these 6700 mAh should give really good battery life.

                    @fail
                    Nexus 9 should have far better battery life and considering it's HTC it might have brighter screen (not big fan of indoor tablets). Also, Tegra K1 will probably be far better than snapdragon 600, even for 32bit apps.

                      Does it not just GRATE your nerves when Microshaft or aPfel get credit for innovations already in the Android stable. Irritating to know some attribute other innovations Android has come up with.
                      Oh well..

                        Only 32GB? On a big tablet with big screen on which you're more likely to watch high definition media on than on a phone? Yet for the phone there's 64GB available? Google must be nuts

                              LG G Pad still best buy.. same RAM 8 inch screen..

                              64 bit processor alone aint worth so much extra money.. not untill apps get optimized for 64 bit

                                        Very disappointing tablet. Heavier and thicker then ipad air despite smaller screen size and lower capacity battery, 16GB internal storage is DOA in 2015 and the price quite high. iPad air 2 and the new ipad mini going to be much better tablets.
