Brand co-founder shares nubia Z20 camera samples he shot in Chile

Peter, 17 July 2019

Early camera samples from the yet to be announced nubia Z20 were shared on Weibo by the brand’s co-founder and current brand director Will Wong. He shot them personally on a trip through Chile.

Those are not the first camera samples from the nubia Z20, earlier this month shots of a total solar eclipse were posted on Weibo and reblogged by nubia’s other co-founder and current President, Ni Fei. But this new batch is much more telling about the image quality we can expect.

The photos appear to have been cropped slightly, but the EXIF is untouched. It reports an f/1.8 aperture and 27mm focal length. The maximum resolution we see is 12MP, though it’s possible this is a 48MP sensor in pixel binning mode.

This is the second time we’ve seen photos from the nubia Z20 but we still know very little about the phone itself.

Yes correct but those pretty good photos are good only on a small screen. Print even a P30 pro photo on a poster size and you wont like it because it will be blurry. Or review your photos on a cinema size screen and you also wont like them. E...

Because those devices are cameras and nothing more. On the other hand cellphones are personal computers capable of handling all kinds of tasks but they are still meant to be carried in your pocket. they are jacks of all trades but masters of none. y...
