Microsoft store Black Friday deals are now live

Victor, 24 November 2016

We know it's not technically Black Friday yet, but since its has become customary for merchants to extend the made-up holiday into at lest a week-long sales event, it was a bit worrying to see an absence of deals from Microsoft.

That ended today as the Microsoft Store finally unveiled its bargains and some of them appear to offer impressive value. The highlight of the occasion is definitely the Surface Pro 4. You can currently pick up the Core i5, 8GB RAM and 256GB SSD model for just $999. That is exactly $429.99 down from Microsoft's previous retail price.

And if the higher-end Surface Book is what you would rather go for, then you can save up to $400 on that one as well, if you opt for the i5, 256GB model with a dedicated GPU. As for a cheaper deal, the Dell Inspiron 15 i5559 Signature Edition can be yours for just $399, down a whopping $350.

The Xbox One division also has some deals on offer. A 500GB bundle can be picked up for $50 less at $249. You also get a select game and a free $25 gift card code. There are mobile phone deals as well. The Lumia 950 XL, of instance, can be picked up for $499 plus a Display Dock. And the Lumia 650 is only $99.
