Huawei Y9 2019 comes to India for $230
Huawei Y9 (2019) was introduced back in October but fans in India had to wait more than 2 months for the Kirin 710-powered phone. Now it was officially announced as Amazon Exclusive and will be available for sale starting next Tuesday, January 15.
The new Y9 comes with Game Assistant 2.0 for optimizing the system resources when gaming. There is also Histen 5.0 audio which brings scene optimization and Party Mode with 5.1 or 7.1 Surround system.
Specs-wise, the Huawei Y9 (2019) has a quite large 6.5” Full HD+ display with a small notch and four cameras - two on each side. The battery has 4,000 mAh capacity but is charged at only 10W through the micro USB slot. The phone comes with Android Oreo 8.1 with EMUI 8.2 on top.
The price starts from INR15,990 or about $230 for the 4/64 GB option. The official listing will be put on Amazon on January 15 when the sale begins. The Y9 (2019) comes with free boat Rockerz Sports Bluetooth earphones that cost INR2,990 if purchased separately.

No fast charging, No Pie, weak GPU compared to SD660 - Huawei must be really good at marketing as they somehow keep increasing sales.
