vivo to introduce OriginOS 4 on November 1, in-house OS for IoT also incoming

vivo announced it will host its annual VDC (Vivo Developer Conference) on November 1 at the Exhibition Center in Shenzhen, China. During the event, there will be three key innovative software products – self-developed AI for mobile platforms, the new in-house operating system for IoT devices and the latest OriginOS 4 for vivo smartphones.

OriginOS 4 will remain an AOSP product, and the first phones to ship with it should be the iQOO 12 series and the X100 flagships. An update roadmaps for existing phones will hopefully be shared at the announcement event.

The in-house OS will be used for connected devices, but is highly unlikely to make it to phones.

İ have x51 to. But i have 2 problem. First bug is minimum sound level. Minimum sound level is high. Second problem is instagram reels that after start 5 sec. freezz and lagyy

so it is either up to the storage speed. it runs fast in android 10, stock firmware.

Well, it's not high-end either, or even midrange anymore, I had no issues with FunTouch OS on top of Android 12 when using my vivo X51, which has a Snapdragon 765G and 8GB of UFS2.1 storage. The biggest problem with the Y50 is eMMC 5.1 stor...
